Tour and Workshop

About 200 years ago, Chinese lived in the coastal areas of Guangdong province migrated to the other side of the Pacific to earn a living.  Many Cantonese therefore arrived in California, USA.  Hong Kong, located in southern China, has become a place where overseas Chinese and their relatives in mainland China to connect with.  Through exhibition guided tour, students can learn about the hardships of the overseas Chinese people and their daily lives at that time.  The workshop introduces their unique food culture.
